Vijender Gupta, one of the three BJP legislators in the 70-member assembly dominated by the ruling Aam Aadmi Party, had to be physically removed when he refused to stop shouting during proceedings.
A group of marshals tried to drag him out and then carried him out of the house.
Yesterday, Mr Gupta had raised loud demands for Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s explanation on his former law minister Jitender Tomar, currently in jail for allegedly faking his degrees.
Today, he demanded better salaries for civic workers.
Moments after the house assembled in the afternoon on Day 2 of the budget session, the BJP members rushed to the centre of the house and started protesting.
