New Delhi:  Ahead of an all-party meeting called by the government, Congress president Sonia Gandhi made a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying, “The ‘Mann ki Baat’ man appears to retreat into a ‘Maun Vrat’ whenever there is a scandal involving his colleagues.”
